Vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the street overnight from 10 PM to 7 AM. 

Residents are responsible for placing their trash bins out on designated pick-up days (Tuesday & Friday) and bringing in their trash bins the same day. **Flowood will pick up large items over 75lbs or large debris such as limbs cut int 4-foot lengths and bundled, bags of grass clippings, or other miscellaneous items on Fridays at no expense to the owner. Flowood will not pick up mattresses. 

Yes, any home renovations or modifications must be approved by the ARC before they can be started. Please refer to our "Documents & Forms" section on our Home Page for the ARC request form and guidelines.
